Strategy & Guideline Development

Identifying, developing & implementing a holistic sustainability strategy in a complex organization like adidas requires a lot of expertise, ressources and communication. LIGANOVA has been tasked to help transform adidas’ retail marketing to become more sustainable. Our role is to provide knowledge, expertise, an outside view and the right processes, methods and tools to enable this massive transformation.

LIGANOVA has already designed and implemented a workshop to identify the biggest fields of action for adidas and to set a common mindset and vision within the company. These results as well as those from the following deep dive sessions with individual stakeholders will inform the next important step: The creation of a comprehensive retail marketing guideline that provides the blueprint and orientation for all future adidas retail campaigns.
Next up will be a long-term CO2 and waste reduction strategy with a corresponding KPI tracking and reporting software solution.
